RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a comprehensive understanding of our email marketing program, from building emails via HTML through campaign deployment and reporting Partner with Head of CRM to develop a Lifecycle marketing strategy and bring it to life Use web triggers and customer lifecycle triggers to execute a lifecycle marketing program Iterate execution and plans based on results in a test and learn fashion Work with creative team to bring stories to life in appropriate form factor Use CRM platform (currently Blueshift) to build email templates and send campaigns, implementing personalization through dynamic content and utilizing A/B testing when possible Code and develop emails in HTML to deploy using CRM platform QA existing campaigns prior to deployment.
