What You Will Bring: • 6-10 years of experience in commercial loan servicing, loan accounting, insurance, or commercial real estate lending environments • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, with experience supporting NAIC reporting • Experience with investment or loan general ledger accounting strongly preferred • Client-service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external clients • Ability to work independently while managing multiple servicing deliverables and deadlines • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field • Relevant product management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic or similar) • Financial Services qualifications (Preferred but not essential) • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills • High proficiency in Microsoft SQL is a plus.
