Key Responsibilities Break down epics/features into clear user stories Manage and prioritize backlog, bugs, and tech debt Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning activities Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and Technical Writing teams Support UAT, release coordination, and feature flag management Ensure requirements are actionable, outcome-focused, and aligned with delivery timelines Required Skills Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC experience Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Figma Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical workflows Background in POS, payments, or restaurant technology preferred Ability to work closely with developers and technical stakeholders Self-driven, proactive, and capable of removing roadblocks independently Preferred Background Experience with both hardware and software environments BA/Product certifications or technical degree preferred Experience valued over education Work Model Hybrid: 3 days onsite preferred (flexible schedule) Interview Process: Round 1: Virtual with Hiring Manager & Senior Product Manager Round 2: Behavioral interview with team This role will be based out of Jeffersonville, IN is thrice a week on-site Role Overview Seeking a Business Analyst to support a Restaurant POS platform managing end-to-end restaurant operations across Android and iOS devices.
