Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field 4 - 7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Strong experience analyzing HR data and metrics across areas such as headcount, recruiting, turnover, and performance Proficiency in Excel and experience building dashboards and reports using BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports Ability to manage sensitive workforce and employee data confidentially Ability to clearly communicate data insights and findings to HR and business stakeholders Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
