PTO & Paid Holidays - PTO accrual starting from day one of employment - 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked for the first year, 1.63 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for years 2-9, and 2.39 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for 10 or more years of service. Working directly with the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager owns campaign execution, vendor relationships, performance reporting, and the development of marketing specialists across all 14 Bud Clary store locations.
