Conduct outreach and education on facility services and availability of patient care services to prospective patients, their families or responsible parties, or other related individuals or entities, in multiple locations, including but not limited to hospitals at bedside, assisted living or other congregate living environments, homes, or any other locations in which individuals who may need facility services may be located.
