This role combines content strategy, conversational UX, prompt prototyping, and information architecture to create clear, engaging, and trustworthy AI interactions that help users explore information, complete tasks, and make complex decisions. You will partner with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Science teams to design conversational experiences, refine AI system behavior, and deliver seamless product workflows from concept and research through implementation and launch.
