Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing preferred; MBA or CFA a plus • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry preferably with a focus in a market intelligence, product marketing and reporting or related operational role • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver clear, compelling, and actionable reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels within the organization • Self-starter who is motivated to work independently and at ease in navigating cross-departmental partnerships • Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data, distilling it into product and market narratives that engage and inform diverse audiences • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization technologies (Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) • Advanced knowledge of market research and intelligence tools (e.g., eVestment, FinSearch, Bloomberg, Morningstar). • Collect, analyze, and synthesize market data to identify trends in the asset management industry, including regulatory changes, product innovation, distribution strategies, and client preferences to support internal teams in marketing our investment products and solutions consistently and effectively.
