WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) • Passion for using MarTech tools to solve business problems • Media savvy • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong collaborator and relationship builder • Mindset for operational excellence • Data and solutions driven • Innovative thinker and problem solver WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience • Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritizations skills • 5+ years of direct experience in digital media technology including ad serving, audience on boarding, dynamic creative optimization, multi touch attribution, and/or relevant digital media tools • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within e-commerce/retail, preferably within the travel industry. • Serving as the in-house expert on technical configuration and implementation of various marketing platforms (media performance and measurement tagging as examples) • Anticipate technical needs by translating business vision into a flexible technical architecture • Partnering with internal teams (Strategy Technology & Performance, Activation & Delivery) to maximize adoption and cross functional usage • Collaborating with external partners (media agencies, technology providers, and consultants) to implement and optimize – including media taxonomy alignment (placement, tracking) • Managing the strategic integration of paid media into marketing reporting dashboards.
