In the absence of a local Supervisor: Delegate tasks and follow up with junior team members and agency partners to ensure timely project completion In the absence of a local Media Director: Manage and oversee regional LDA media team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence Attend regional board meetings, market/area meetings, and calls as needed to represent media priorities and provide strategic input Lead the preparation and maintenance of market and area media plans and projects, driving improvements in insight, efficiency, and creativity Communicate regularly with two-area media lead regarding project issues and deadlines Qualifications A Bachelor's degree 6.5+ years of agency or other media related experience and 1.5 - 2 years working as a Supervisor with cross discipline experience (broadcast, digital, print, OOH) Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MediaOcean (OX), Mediatools/Guideline, Prisma, CMR, IMS and MRI/Simmons Experience presenting in person to clients and internal stakeholders Confidence in media knowledge Clear communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to confidently interact with field staff and clients Confident leadership skills - experience managing and mentoring junior team members; must provide proper direction on projects - setting appropriate timelines, prioritizing projects to ensure efficiency of workflow, and reviewing the work for accuracy Good time management skills - ability to prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines when needed Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy on both internal and client-facing work Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
