The Solution Manager combines project leadership with technical acumen, quickly learning new technologies and developing a high-level understanding of SPM and ICM platforms, along with expertise in incentive compensation management processes, data integrations, and solution delivery to guide project teams, advise clients, and drive successful business outcomes. Strong command of project implementation methodologies and deliverables created during an enterprise systems deployment; experience in developing reusable processes, templates, and toolkits for rapid deployment and/or support activities; experience in project management for SPM, CRM, BI technology implementations is an advantage.
