Strong stakeholder outreach and communication skills, with the ability to engage landowners, community leaders, local officials, regulators, utilities, customers, industry groups, internal executive stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams, including other project developers, engineers, EPC, construction, finance, legal, commercial, and asset management personnel. Strong knowledge of U.S. interconnection and transmission processes across multiple ISO/RTO and utility markets, including queue strategy, grid constraints, congestion, curtailment, capacity markets, ancillary services, storage revenue opportunities, and market-specific rules in regions such as ERCOT, SPP, MISO, PJM, CAISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, WECC, and SERC.
