Duties & Responsibilities· Identify, track, and develop new alternative delivery opportunities through relationship building with new and existing clients· Participate in business development activities, including client engagement, market strategy, and pursuit planning· Collaborate with legal, financial, marketing, and technical teams to develop competitive pursuit strategies and winning proposals· Assist with the identification, evaluation, and selection of joint venture partners, design consultants, and key subcontractors· Participate in go/no-go decision-making for alternative delivery pursuits· Lead project-specific technical writing efforts for qualifications, proposals, and related submittals· Serve as the primary point of contact during the preconstruction and design phases on assigned projects· Lead and facilitate project meetings, workshops, design reviews, and task forces· Coordinate and manage external partners, including contractors and designers, to support compliance with project requirements and contract obligations· Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure an integrated project approach and organizational alignment· Lead project teams in developing technical solutions, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets aligned with client goals· Support the growth and development of the Alternative Delivery team through participation in hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of team members, including future direct reports.·
