This position is expected to function independently or with minimal supervision in all laboratory areas and duties including but not limited to, performing phlebotomy, specimen processing, and clerical duties, all of which are to be performed in a timely and efficient manner. By sharing different ideas and perspectives and working together as a team, we are better able to relate to, care for and authentically serve our patients and families who make up the collective populations in our community.
