The incumbent manages all aspects of transportation discipline to include route optimization and dispatching, safety and security compliances, personnel hiring, training, and scheduling, workload assignments, cost control, and metric driven performance; leads internal work teams in the continuous improvement of supply cost, inventory, supply order, lab specimen tracking, and delivery and delivers exceptional customer service with current and new clients for logistic requests.
