The position is accountable for safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment and infrastructure; improved plant uptime and manufacturing capability; development of engineering and skilled-trades personnel; and delivery of capital projects that support the company's safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer, and growth objectives. Partner with Production, Quality, Safety, Purchasing, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, customers, and suppliers to support launches, capacity needs, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
