Care for complex patient populations including post cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma (Level 1), general surgery, neurosurgery, and overflow MICU patients. Work a minimum of every other weekend and adjust schedule as needed to meet unit and patient care needs; must be flexible with scheduling including 2 of 4 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day).
