In this position, you will ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally by managing company-wide administrative and management tasks, including managing day-to-day financial records, the procurement process, and HR operations.
In this position, you will work for a leading medical office supporting patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and medical record workflows. Interview patients to complete documents, case histories, or forms, such as intake or insurance forms.
This role helps ensure products meet specifications through testing, analysis, and smart problem-solving alongside Production and Product Development teams.
