The Pharmacy Manager will foster a culture of compliance, patient-centered care, and organizational mission alignment, while serving as the leader for the staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and delivery drivers at the pharmacy for which they supervise. Work closely with the Director of Pharmacy to ensure adherence to all HRSA, 340B, Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA, CMS, Medicaid, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements.
