Provide PLM domain expertise for Food & Beverage processes (Ingredient Mgmt, Formulation, Packaging, Artwork,etc.) leveraging extensive experience in consumer products and food industries Digital specifications, Ingredient/allergen/nutritional data models, Recipe/formulation, Labeling & claims, Regulatory rules, validations, and intelligence workflows. The role provides end-to-end guidance from discovery and blueprinting through configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare, with particular emphasis on food industry processes and exposure to Formulation, Oracle Cloud PLM and food and consumer product environments.
