The LPN will work closely with the Unit Manager, Registered Nurses, Physicians, CNAs, and Ward Clerks to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and timely care. Client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents in a Rehabilitation and Extended Care Facility.
