Nurse Practitioners will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients. The clinical care team will work with the provider daily to drive better outcomes for entire panel of patients.

- Completes clinical duties under the guidance of nurses or doctors via an online Telehealth platform, gathering information on how the patient feels and symptoms.

- Collaborates with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensure continuity, and optimize patient outcomes.
ul>Required: Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA)/Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required from one of the following: American Associate of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), American Allied Health - RMA(AAH), National Health career Association (NHA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (RMA), National Healthcare Worker's Association (NHCWA), National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP), National Registry of Medical Assistants (NRMA), American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). Working under close supervision in an outpatient setting, this role performs routine clinical and administrative tasks to assist providers and the care team.
