Supports development and maintenance of academic, curricular, and operational policies; ensures compliance with institutional, university, and accreditation requirements; leads process improvement initiatives; represents the Office of Medical Education on institutional committees and working groups; and participates in strategic planning for medical education. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Medical Education, the Director is responsible for overseeing the staff, systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that support courses, clerkships, electives, curriculum governance, continuous quality improvement, and accreditation activities.
