The clinician will work part-time providing 8-12 shifts per month with on-call and weekend responsibilities, managing a census of 12 patients with an average length of stay of 2-7 days while maintaining detailed documentation and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure coordinated care delivery. Clinical duties include conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing psychotropic medications for patients experiencing acute psychiatric conditions, detoxification needs, and various mental health disorders.
