The Director oversees volume forecasting, patient flow coordination, and admission/discharge planning to ensure efficient throughput, and partners with administrative leadership and physicians to enhance existing surgical service lines and develop new offerings. The facility is Johnson County's only Level II Trauma Center and operates 11 operating rooms, with two additional ORs currently under construction, performing approximately 450500 surgeries per month across cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurospine, general, gynecologic, urologic, and vascular specialties.
