The position combines hands-on production support, platform ownership, incident and problem management, change and release management, disaster recovery, project delivery, and business engagement, with a strong focus on maintaining a high-availability trading environment. The role serves as the primary liaison between Front Office users, technology teams, infrastructure groups, vendors, and control functions to ensure reliable operation of critical trading, pricing, risk, P&L, and electronic execution platforms .
