Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance management, education and development, clinical problem-solving, patient throughput coordination, direct patient care, PICC line insertion and central line access, assistance with procedures, emergency response, moderate sedation administration, post-procedure patient rounding, and ongoing staff education.
