Performs duties listed on the Caregiver’s logsheet regarding the client’s status and care, including but not limited to monitoring resident's overall health and well-being, personal hygiene, assistance with commode; showers, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, lifting, cleaning, bathing, escorting to meals and activities, bringing meals to room. Duties include personal services, activities of daily living, social-recreational activities, life enrichment, meal services, and other tasks as needed for Resident care and service delivery.
