Unit Details: The patient population includes coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, diagnostic Cath procedures, valvular disease, renal disease, carotid stenosis, limb salvage, peripheral stenosis, thrombosis disease, Impella insertions, and LVAD insertions. Floating Requirements: The technologist may occasionally need to stay with a patient in PACU after a large-bore sheath; the technologist will not float to IR or EP because they are separate departments.
