This role will be responsible for leading the team of the Primary Care Nurses which involves supervision and evaluation of personnel, policy development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, hiring and training personnel in the responsibilities of their job functions, department optimization, and continuous quality improvement. The Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way.
