While working as a Client Relations Coordinator you will be tasked with fulfilling duties and performing tasks related to responding to House Account Prospects and Customer needs, front-end discovery to traffic RFQ opportunities to subject matter experts, researching and responding to customer inquiries, CRM management, and re-engagement outreach of inactive customers.
This position will also include the responsibility of managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating the distribution of packages for will-call pickup.
