Provides operational, clinical, and administrative leadership across CYFS programs and supports the Director of CYFS in achieving strategic, quality, compliance, and workforce objectives while advancing trauma-informed, family-centered care. Vermont independent clinical licensure (LCMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, LMFT or equivalent) with at least 3 years post licensure to meet supervised billing and Office of Professional Regulations requirements.
