The Unit Supervisor fosters a collaborative work culture, facilitates communication with residents, families, and surveyors, and ensures goals related to care quality, resident satisfaction, and staff retention are met. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
