Your clinical responsibilities will include evaluating complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses; applying advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature; performing routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being; conducting medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. You will perform tasks such as patient registration and intake by accurately document patient medical history-including illnesses, medications, allergies, surgeries, and family history-using electronic health records, wait room management, and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
