Leads major expansion initiatives, serves as the senior executive liaison across regions, develops partnerships, and manages the full lifecycle of hardware assets-overseeing installations, maintenance, and procurement, approving large investments, and directing audits to optimize efficiency, security, and scalability. Responsible for very large or complex data center sites across multiple regions or countries and defines the group wide strategy for performance monitoring, aligning KPIs and objectives to drive global efficiency, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
