LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state. At the direction and delegation of the provider, performs approved lab tests and diagnostic testing, prepares, and administers designated medications (oral, subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular), instills eye drops, and applies topical medications.
