Escort patient to exam room, obtain medical history, review/update medication list, measure vital signs including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, temperature, and document all information in patient's EMR. Provides patient education with regards to medications, management of diseases, home treatments and special diets as directed by provider.
