li>Customer Service and Access to Services - Provides information to students, staff and faculty related to all functions within the Office of the Registrar, such as registration, grading, academic transcripts, enrollment/degree verifications, credentialing requests, leave of absence/withdrawal processes, demographic changes, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), graduation, diplomas, adding and dropping courses, and transfer credit.
Document Management, Retention and Security - Manages the storage, security, accuracy and preservation of all student academic records in accordance with FERPA, American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), and Rush University policies.
