Assists in examination and treatment of patients, rooms patients and obtains information, measures vital signs (i.e. pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, pulse oximeter, pain level, weight, and height), and records information on patients' charts/Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Assists the clinic leadership team with orienting employees, ongoing competencies for MAs, reviewing/revising processes, and audits of the medical assistant team.
