The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) supports clients in the Terros LADDER Program by providing transportation, client engagement, and program support in office, community, and other service settings. As part of the clinical team, the BHT assists with intakes, records, groups, treatment meetings, safety reporting, outreach documentation, discharge planning, referrals, community reintegration, and van maintenance.
