Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical floor with exposure to ENT surgery (trachs, laryngectomy), plastics (I&D, Wound VACs), general surgery (bowel obstructions, mastectomy, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, GSW, overdose), surgical oncology (pancreatitis), and colorectal procedures (colectomy, colostomy). Operate and manage specialized equipment including Wound VACs, PCAs, PICC lines, drains, and ostomy care.
