The successful candidate will float primarily between the Medical Unit (77 beds, 1:6 day/evening ratio, 1:8 night ratio) and the Surgical Acute (Laulima) Unit (18 beds, 1:6 ratio), with occasional assignments to the Cardiovascular Unit (15 beds, 1:4 ratio). Skills & Competencies Clinical Skills: Comprehensive patient assessment, medication administration, wound care (including wound vac management), chest tube management, IV insertion and maintenance, EKG interpretation.
