Provide direct patient care on a 23-bed neuro-focused unit with a primary emphasis on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), stroke (CVA), amputee, burns, multi-trauma, and pneumonia patients with an average 14-day length of stay. Manage trach care, ventilator management, IV therapy, PICC lines, central lines, wound care, bowel programs, TPN, drains/tubes, laryngectomies, G-tube/PEG-tube feeds, and pulmonary patients.
