Ability to identify document types, including face sheets, histories and physicals, operative reports, progress notes, nursing documentation, orders, consents, laboratory and imaging results, and discharge summaries. Prepare legacy paper medical records for scanning by removing staples and clips, repairing torn pages, and sorting and batching documents by type.
