Working collaboratively with the Director of IT, EMR Analysts, Clinical Leadership, and Operational teams, the EMR Training Specialist develops EMR training materials, identifies recurring education needs, and promotes consistent, effective EMR use across the organization. This position delivers structured, consistent training for new hires, provides ongoing EMR follow-up and education for existing staff and providers, and supports targeted training during system updates, workflow changes, and EMR technology initiatives.
