You will serve as the vibrant face of our care team, ensuring our patients are greeted with a warm smile, keeping the psychiatrist’s schedule running seamlessly, and building strong connections with the staff at each facility. Daily Site Coordination: Spend the full workday on-site at your assigned center for that day, managing the workflow and schedule for the visiting psychiatrist.

Collects copayment and any applicable balances; Verifies insurance eligibility; Ensures appropriate referrals are obtained (specialty offices); Ensures patient completes appropriate paperwork including but not limited to face sheet, ABN, and HIPAA forms; Accurately enters patient demographic information in billing/computer system.
p>Skills: The Medical Receptionist 1 utilizes strong communication skills daily to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and compassionate exchanges. Additionally, problem-solving skills help the receptionist address patient concerns and unexpected scheduling conflicts, contributing to a positive patient experience and smooth office operations.
