You’ll inspect completed and in-progress MEP work, document deficiencies and nonconforming installations, maintain punch lists, verify corrective work, and support startup, commissioning, substantial completion, final inspections, Owner training, closeout, and turnover, including verification of as-built information and required record drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, testing reports, commissioning records, and other closeout documentation. You’ll monitor the CPM schedule with particular attention to MEP procurement, long-lead equipment, rough-in, inspections, energization, startup, testing, commissioning, TAB, controls integration, punch-list, and turnover activities, and assist the Project Manager with field validation of PIs, CORs, T&M work, and other MEP-related changes.
