Responsibilities: Your duties will include, but are not limited to, conducting animal health surveillance for rodents and other species as assigned, communicating lab and health information to researchers, supporting website function, understanding and participating in rodent sentinel health or similar programs, drafting SOP’s, providing training to Lab or LARC staff, understanding and performing necropsy techniques and other diagnostic or clinical diagnostic techniques, understanding and performing administrative tasks as needed by LARC and generally assisting LARC’s animal health and rodent health programs and supporting LARC veterinarians and UCSF research projects.
