Duties include working across all areas of plant cultivation including cloning, transplanting, feeding, defoliating, super cropping, topping, flushing, trimming, packaging, environmental control, fertigation, maintenance, pest control, waste disposal and inventory management for all plants in the facility. Assist with various crop care, including: Performs all the tasks in the grow cycle, including; transplanting, feeding, cloning, propagation cropping and assisting the Lead Cultivation Technician with inventory management.
