Assist with dictation system updates and edits; assign jobs, update user profiles, manages pools and pool scripts, transfer jobs for outside transcription, monitors print production, backlog and other management reports. Able to work extensively with medical terminology with strong grammatical and transcription problem solving skills to detect and correct errors in spelling, syntax, word usage, and punctuation.
